These Terms apply to all properties operated under BoldHat™ LLC, CORTICALMESH™ LLC, ACME Book Company™, One Primal Breath™, UNU VIVO™, and Collintell Alliance LLC. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
Our services are not available to individuals under 13. Users between 13 and the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction must have verified parental or guardian consent before using our services or participating in any program including the ConOps21™ ARG.

4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security incident. One account per person for the ConOps21™ ARG system — multi-accounting is grounds for permanent suspension.

Non-commercial fan works are permitted when clearly labelled as fan-created, not used commercially, and not misrepresenting our brands or canonical materials.
8. User Content and DMCA
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in violation of your rights on any Reality String™ LLC property, contact our designated DMCA agent at [email protected]. Your notice must include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the infringed work, its location on our property, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
Repeat infringers will be permanently banned from our platforms.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or third-party rights
- Uploading or distributing harmful, defamatory, or obscene materials
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or data-mining any Reality String™ LLC property or system
- Circumventing security measures, access controls, or authentication systems
- Impersonating Reality String™ LLC, its brands, or any individual associated with our operations
- Using ARG puzzle solutions, Signal State Index entries, or franchise lore for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
- Multi-accounting in the ConOps21™ ARG or colluding between opposing factions
- Harassing or abusing other community members on any platform we operate
- Using our services or content to train AI models without an explicit AI training license agreement
10. Advertising and Recommendations
Reality String™ LLC may display advertisements, recommendations, and sponsored content across its platforms where applicable. We will clearly identify sponsored content. We do not permit third-party advertisers to target users based on data collected from our properties.
11. Third-Party Content
External links and content provided by third parties are for convenience only. Reality String™ LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or safety of third-party content. Links to Amazon KDP, Steam, Discord, and social media platforms are governed by those platforms' own terms.
12. Idea Submission Policy
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback submitted to Reality String™ LLC become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reality String™ LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Appleton, WI, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial for disputes arising under these Terms.
